New Standardized Stromal Activation Technology
ELEA is a medical device that revolutionizes the treatment of autologous adipose tissue.
Through a mechanical and automated process, it stimulates and promotes the natural regeneration of tissues.
ELEA raises the standards of regenerative medicine.
ELEA employs minimal mechanical manipulation and is operator-independent to reliably and reproducibly activate the regenerative potential of adipose tissue.
Orbital stimulation activates stromal cells without compromising tissue morphology, resulting in a tissue enriched with growth factors and the cellular microenvironment necessary to transform regenerative potential into an effective and repeatable process.

Scientific Evidence of Fat Treated with ELEA
Morphological studies on adipose tissue treated with ELEA show that the manipulation does not alter the architecture of the tissue: the adipocytes are morphologically intact and viable, while the vascular-stromal fraction retains its structure, with perfectly preserved plasma membranes and collagen scaffolds. In culture, cells from treated samples show greater stability and proliferative capacity than controls, with more regular and constant growth.
This evidence indicates that activation of adipose tissue by ELEA not only preserves its structural characteristics, but also promotes its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties. In addition, the extracellular vesicles of the treated tissue are increased in size and bioactive content (proteins, miRNAs and other regulatory molecules), suggesting an active role of ELEA in modulating the molecular mediators involved in regenerative processes.
The ELEA Procedure
The ELEA procedure was designed with the aim of implementing regenerative processes in damaged tissue, reducing operating time, optimising workflow and ensuring consistent and reproducible results over time. Thanks to an innovative and patented approach, ELEA improves the effectiveness of interventions, ensuring high and reliable performance in every application.
The procedure takes place in a closed circuit, in a single surgical time, and can be performed in the operating theatre or in an outpatient surgical clinic (in compliance with the various types of accreditation provided for by individual regional regulations).
Step 1- Liposuction
Step 2 – Docking
Step 3 – Activation
Step 4 – Administration
